"This hotel is a great place to stay if you are visiting the Ellicottville/Holiday Valley area. It is a little older, but the location and amenities are impeccable! Parking is onsite and very easy, so once you find your spot, everything from there is very walkable. They have a very welcoming lobby with a fireplace and also nice touches like a complimentary breakfast and a daily slope report. Everybody was very friendly and helpful, so we highly recommend! "

"Had a wonderful stay with 3 families (and several kids) for a long weekend ski trip. Plenty of space. Kitchen was well stocked and kids enjoyed the hot tub. Owner was very responsive to texts before and during stay when had questions. "

"Great stay. House was perfect for size for our group of 6 women. House was well stocked and very clean. We loved the cozy setting and the easy drive into Ellicotville.Only mention I would say is that the driveway was slippery sheet of ice, which made getting in and out of vehicles and unpacking tricky.
