This is a small place but absolutely fantastic and I'll be making efforts to stay here any time I'm in the Buffalo area. Spacious, comfortable, very clean, simple room access, and easy access to Hamburg, Orchard Park, and Greater Buffalo.

Excellent little place to stay in Eden! Very cozy and clean. Loved the fireplace and the bed was very comfortable. Easy access and parking. Highly recommend!

This is a gem. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but open the door to the room and be prepared for a pleasant surprise. We were only there for a short overnight, but I would really like to spend a weekend there and check out the town.

I was assigned to suite #1 which like the other 2 units had a private entrance. There’s no employee onsite. They message you an access code which was super simple to use. Really beautiful space. Its like a large studio apartment. With a huge hot tub in the main room. Very cozy and well appointed with a small kitchenette with microwave oven. The bathroom was luxurious with heated granite floors and a spacious countertop. Everything was really well maintained including the grounds. I will likely return.
