"I liked the room and the hotel amenities especially having a 7-11 in the hotel. Room was small but typical for Japan. The check in was not good. One person taking in all the luggage while four staff members just stand at the front desk not helping at all. Then when you check in you have to do it ..."

"Apart from the various stains on the couch, the rest of the apartment was clean. We did report the stains to the front desk but no intervention was done. In-suite laundry is extrenely convienent and the kitchen has basic utensils. Quiet neighborhood but not too far from the station."
