"The best thing about this hotel is that it’s adjacent to the train station! Just like the other reviews, it is slightly outdated but still a nice place to stay. They only gave me 1 pillow which was uncomfortable and that was a bit disappointing. "

"The room is a bit small but this is the Japanese standard, so not an issue. The room and the entire hotel are clean. The staff are helpful and smiley. It is quite convenient as it is just almost next the Shin-Osaka station."

"We had a 2-twin bed room, which was clean and spacious. The cost of the room was inexpensive compared to the Tokyo hotels we stayed at. The staff were friendly. Various amenities were provided (toothbrush and toothpaste, sleepwear, toiletries, slippers). We did receive early check in also, however, it did cost extra (1500 yen per hour). "
"Clean room and very friendly staff. Our luggages were shipped from Kyoto to Osaka and the luggages were waiting in our room upon arrival. Easy access to the station. Being so close to the tracks, it wasn't as loud as we thought it'd be when the trains passed by. Would return next time (:"
"I booked 3 different hotels for my trip to Japan and this one by far was the BEST. Affordable, free breakfast, kind staff, very clean. I recommended it to all my friends. I will definitely book with them again in every city if I come back to Japan again. Also there are amenities like coin laundry, water and ice machine, microwave. "
