"【よかった点】
安い。広い。アメニティ充実。フロント前のドライフルーツ。シャワーがナノミスト。駐車場無料。持ち込み用冷蔵庫（保冷剤を冷凍するくらいのスペースもある）。ルームサービスの氷の純度が高く、溶けにくかった。喫煙ルームでも空気清浄機のおかげでほとんど苦にならなかった（当方嫌煙家）。
【残念な点】
浴室の排水溝に髪の毛が数本。テレビのリモコンの感度（電池？）。壁紙が数箇所剥がれている。部屋の鍵を開ける時にフロントに電話が必要なのですが、コールは１分くらい辛抱強く待つ必要がある（なかなか出てもらえない）。
【個人の感想】
近隣のビジネスホテルの半額で泊まれるのは非常にありがたい。思ったよりも「ラブホ感」を感じなかった。昭和感は満載。給湯器の活動の音（壁をトントン叩き続けるような感じ）だと思うが、気になると言えば気になる。地下鉄長田駅まで徒歩１０分くらい。乗ってしまえば梅田でも南でもスッと行ける。施設は１度行けば勝手がわかったので、私はまた利用したい。"
