"While I'm a regular visitor to Kobe (and former resident of Hyogo-ken), I'd never stayed at the hotel before. I didn't know it at the time of reservation, but it's a licensed Sanrio Hotel. It didn't matter to me, but I think families with young kids, should probably check it out as an alternative to lots of other hotels. Yes, Rokko Island is a bit inconvenient for most tourists, but it's affordable, got big rooms, has the Sanrio stuff and the area is very nice and not crowded. "

They let me check in early without charging a fee as a courtesy, and provided a choice of breakfast which was room delivered every morning as part of my stay and no extra charge, for which I am very grateful. "the room was just like a apartment, divided bedroom and bathroom area. I liked that but bathtub was too old so I couldn't use it. location was nearby te train station but not major city side, so not convenient than I thought. "
