"The only complaint I had was we stayed there 3 nights and did not get one cleaning. I had to request new towels and they didn't even pick up the old ones."

"Walking in we were greeted with a warm and friendly smile. She certainly set the tone for our stay. Everything was well maintained, and freshly cleaned, looked and smelled great. When we got to our room, we were very pleased. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillow options. This is huge for me because I forgot mkne at home and often need to sleep without in a hotel. But the selection provided the perfect squishyness- I'm grateful and slept well. A most welcome surprise was finding plenty of large, absorbent towels. Yay! So often we visit hotels and find 2 paper-thin towels for our stay. Not here! Fresh towels daily - THANK YOU! Plenty of them and wonderful fluffiness. Breakfast was well prepared and plentiful. She kept the area well stocked and sparkling clean. We were very happy with our stay and fully intend to stay again for our next vist. We truly appreciate all of the hardworking, friendly staff. They make all of the difference. "

"We we're received with excellent care by the front desk person who made us feel welcomed and told us some great places to go. This is in a perfect location within the city with lots of walk ability. We will definitely return for another staye"

"This is a beautiful hotel! They have an awesome breakfast & a hospitality from 5:30-7:00 each evening that includes food & 2 beverages each included in the price. It’s right downtown & walkable to many restaurants & Whiskey Row & other places."
