He told me to go online to cancel it then I went online to do so but it was directed me back to the hotel ?????? What is going on ????????"

"Excellent stay at the Busby Hotel, ample parking, warm welcome from staff, fantastic food in the restaurant and very professional service from Carla. Breakfast was a bit of a let down with the food on hot plates drying out and going hard but I suppose you'd expect that from an open buffet. The rooms were reasonable sized, great shower and comfy bed. No issues with the Wi-Fi and the TV was a smart tv, with the option of screen mirroring from phone, this made it easy to watch Netflix on the tv via phone. Next time in Glasgow area, I wont book anywhere else."

"The room was clean, the bed is quite comfortable. The location is alright. The entry to the hotel could be a struggle for new guests at the hotel. I found it difficult to locate the entrance. A guide to the assigned entrance( which is entrance 2) for entry to the hotel would be ideal."

"The actual room was fairly clean with a decent shower and toilet and good selection of tea, coffee and biscuits. Quite a bit of traffic noise from the main road. The building and surroundings are very run down, I wasn't even sure the pub was open to go in and collect the key as the windows had bars on them and the hanging sign was empty. Needs a bit of a paint job. Parking was dodgy, surrounded by bins, rubbish and just not very clear where to park."

"Everything was great. The garbage & recycle bin outside was overflowing when we arrived. I contacted them just to let them know beforehand it was not us. Within 3-4 days they had sent the company in charge of that to clear it. The Host was very responsive the whole time from when I booked until I left. We did have a problem getting the lockbox open at the beginning, I called and she informed me the key may be jammed and told me how to finagle that. Everything was within walking distance and overall we were pleased with the stay. "
