"I booked this place because it looked nice in the photos and I know the area. However, the pictures are bait and switch. This place is very dirty and the facilities and management do not work. The room was large but extremely dirty, the toilet in the bathroom did not work, neither did the air conditioning. The bed sheets were dirty and had holes in them. "Beautiful hotel with large rooms. Breakfast was fantastic. The hotel has great location next to the metro station and a coffee shop around the corner. About 15 minutes from Canton fair by taxi. The hotel staff were super excellent. We forgot few items in the cabinet in our room by mistake, they called within 2 hours from checking out, I was in a business meeting, and we arranged for the items to be sent to our next hotel. It arrived within 24 hours. Big thanks to all the staff."
