We arrived very early in the morning, a long time before usual check in times. Reception staff member, Selina was excellent in allowing us to check in early and have a nap after an overnight flight. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The included breakfast is a great bonus too.

Good, clean rooms (2 stays in 2 weeks). Convenient access to downtown and outlying areas with minimal traffic issues. Great amenities. Friendly staff prompt about service. First stay, the elevator had an issue, but 1 week later it was fixed.
AC units are controlled by wall-mounted thermostat by the bed, easier to control / set / use. Good pool though the hours are short (closes @ 8:30 PM). Secure parking lot, with nightly monitoring / patrol. Quiet.

We came in very late from George Bush Airport. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were well appointed and clean. The staff had lots of ideas for sightseeing. A great place to stay.
