"We got to the property and their system was down. We were escorted to our room by a hostess to unlock the door. They couldn't give us room keys but said they would bring them when they were ready. Two hours later we had to call for the keys. They asked us to come get them. I told them no, someone needs to bring them like we were told they'd do. There were pubic hairs in the tub. We had two queen beds and they were extremely uncomfortable. They were very lumpy and hard. The floor would have been more comfortable. Out patio was very dirty. It needed a good pressure washing. The concrete was black. The pool was worse, the entire pool area was filthy. It made the bottom of my feet black. That definitely needs a good pressure washing. We go there every year and have never had any issues at all. It's very unfortunate that we had all these issues. Mostly we got zero sleep because of the uncomfortable beds. We will probably not be going back."

"Just check your room before unpacking. We had black mold on the bathroom ceiling. The pool is really nice,but I'm never going back to Houston anyway."

"Check early if your room is available. 10mins to check-in and my room was still not ready. The male concierge who assisted me was nice. However told me he would come get me when my room was ready and FORGOT. I checked in 30min after check-in."

"The hotel is good it just needs a lot of touch up and I'm great some of the TVs like I said no hot water breakfast is always good staff members are excellent and the cleaning staff are very friendly."
