Beautiful East Hampton Home, Close to Beach and Town

This East Hampton idyllic updated home is situated in the desirable Northwest Woods area of East Hampton, and a short drive from East Hampton town. The open plan House is in excellent condition and features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a finished lower level. An expansive bright living room with a wood burning fireplace, double height vaulted ceilings and skylight provides lots of sunlight and direct access to a large gated mahogany deck area. The recently renovated kitchen with a large island has marble countertops, top of the line appliances and is open to the dining area. There is a bedroom and full bath located on the first floor. Two additional bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms are located on the second floor. A wall of windows in the master overlooks the thoughtfully landscaped backyard. The finished lower level has a family room and additional seating to watch TV. The +/-1 acre lot in East Hampton's quiet and tranquil Northwest Woods borders a +/-7 acre reserve to the South, assuring privacy and natural light. The expansive decking has several sitting areas for lounging or al fresco dining and boast a new propane firepit, built in grill and outdoor fridge. The large backyard offers an oversized heated saline pool, an outdoor shower and a beautiful quiet setting. This gem of a property is to be enjoyed year round, perfect for entertaining and not to be missed.

Great Hamptons Vacation

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in East Hampton. The house was clean, the pool and BBQ / backyard was phenomenal and spacious. The host was extremely responsive and caring. It is the perfect house to relax. Only 8 minutes to the town of EH and about 13 min drive to some of the most beautiful beaches out there. I would 100% stay there again. It’s the perfect home for a beach getaway with family or friends.

Nice house in nw woods

Just had a short getaway with a friend for three nights. House is well equipped - we did not cook there at all if we had I may have found some things not available. Beds were comfortable . Too cool for pool and it was closed which we knew it would be but the yard is very private and nicely outfitted for summer. Neighborhood quiet except for loud dog next door but perhaps it was just visiting. Would recommend this house to a family or small group of friends. Large living room with a smart TVs another in the basement but we did not use that.
