"The motel charged me $38.06 extra fees for services such as using their swimming pool, room service, etc. However, the swimming pool was locked because the water heating system is broken, so the water was very cold so the pool was not usable. The more important thing is that we have paid all fees when we booked the motel. They should not charge us for extra fees."
