This is a beautiful property with stunning water views. Waking up to seeing the ocean and falling asleep to the sound of the waves is special. Clean well appointed. Although we never used the pool or gym.

Due to having been assigned uncleaned room, I tried to obtain the room changed but the office was closed. I submitted my pictutes to receive a refund but the office is saying that they dont believe me and that they trust their cleaning staff. They had on record that I entered the room at 8:06Pm and I showed that the pictures were taken at 8:19PM. They wouldnt even take them as evidence. I also asked them if they heard the messages around this time when I had repeated called the office to obtain help. They told me to file a dipute and jsut fuk off since its the beginning of the year. Unbelievable experience
