"The room was clean, spacious, and odorless. However, upon entering, it was noticeable that there seemed to be some confusion among the staff regarding how guests should be welcomed. The suite was very spacious, as was the restroom. However, the flush was extremely hard to press and required considerable force to operate. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work at all throughout our entire stay. In addition, the suite did not have an iron or ironing board, which was inconvenient. Overall, while the room itself was clean and spacious, the lack of Wi-Fi and basic amenities, along with the issues mentioned above, affected our overall experience."

"The hotel itself is decently maintained mostly.. We were greeted with a welcome drink during check in, that was nice! The room was spacious. Housekeeping was mostly on point. Breakfast buffet was great, lots of variety. The pool area was a bit underwhelming though. The reception staff was very cordial and helpful throughout the stay! Some minor things that could be improved - 1. There was only 1 towel and 1 glass of water when we checked in.
