We didn’t get running hot water even in the morning (it was lukewarm at best) 2. The phones in the room was only functioning half the time 3. It’s advertised as a private pool, but it’s not private at all. The pool is clearly visible to everyone walking by and maintenance and cleaning staff are going around most of the time and can see you even from the pathways. "

"Firstly the staff were fantastic - from the check-in where the girls were so welcoming and friendly (and this continued throughout my stay) through to all the others - cleaners, dining-room, .... they just made the place very special. My room was great - a good size with verandah and views out towards the sea. Food was quite good and the pool was brilliant - big and clean."
