"This was an absolutely lovely place to stay for a long weekend and concert! While Memphis is a place that’s fairly local for my partner and I, it’s not for our friends-they loved it! The neighborhood is great; it’s quiet and safe. The location is convenient to downtown, Cooper Young, Overton Square, etc. The beds were comfy, it has a half bath(wasn’t mentioned in the listing so bonus!), the decor was fun, the kitchen was super cute too. "I loved this house! The neighborhood was wonderful! Safe and cute! Very short drive ($8 Uber) to downtown. Plus I really felt comfortable about the off street parking. The house itself was so simple and adorable. Had the necessary implements in the kitchen and the rest of the house. One feature I loved was the automated log out on the TV - when we turned it on, it asked for the check date and time and scheduled to log out of all accounts when we leave - this is brilliant!! "The space is very charming. The area appeared to be safe and was quiet. Many people seen walking , walking dogs and riding bikes. The highlights for us were the balcony, the shower and the chandeliers. The owner is very communicative and accommodating. Many good restaurants nearby. "This property was everything advertised and then some. Great kitchen to prepare meals, nice sized living room along with 3 bedrooms! This place was within minutes of Beale St, Sun Studios and many BBQ locations. Did not have a bad meal while here. Shout out to Kimble for accommodating me arriving a day early due to inclement weather coming in.I would definitely stay here again."
