Rental was as advertised, bonus: very comfortable bed and bedding, great bath towels, and quiet neighbors / neighborhood. Would definitely return!

Yard unkept, weeds as tall as me. Should say it’s a duplex in the narrative because that was a surprise. Hair in bed and all over bathroom. Booked for 4 nights and left after one night.

Amazing!!

The house was perfect for me and my lady!! Very nicely put together and I appreciate that. They actually took time to make the property look good. I highly recommend this house. Plus it’s close to everything. Next time you are visiting Memphis definitely get this house.

Location supreme. A lovely crisp cottage.

We visited our child for family weekend at Rhodes college. We made a home cooked meal, played board games and let her sleep in the clean and quiet. We loved the grocery, pub and restaurants across the street with friendly neighbors. A charming and authentic neighborhood. The house was as pictured, super clean and welcoming. Our hosts were responsive and seemed eager to make our visit a memorable one. Memphis is such a fabulous city. We are always discovering something new and this gem away from the tourist traps but convenient to the college, the park, and all of our favorite local spots was ideal. Highly recommend!
