The smoke dectector in my room was missing from the cealing. As many times as I complained it was not resolved. Even though the condition of the property was poor overall, the staff were nice. I think they need to hire more staff to serve the clients more efficiently. It looks like they only have 2 staff for house keeping and there is no way 2 individuals can effectively clean all the rooms. "

"The breakfst was ok, could have had waffles or pancakes but the food was fresh and plentiful. I've stayed here several times and it's clean and i know it'll be clean next time."

"The rooms were not cleaned adequately. My two year old found dirty socks, water bottles , candy wrappers in our “ cleaned” room. I booked for 4 people. I had 3 towels and two wash cloths that were just thrown on the bathroom sink. The drawers wouldn’t stay closed and there was a 200$ hold on my account that I wasn’t notified until I checked in which was very inconvenient. And the ice machine did not work."

"Tawnda the front desk clerk provided us excellent service. We had left an item in the room and she went above and beyond to get it back for us. "

"Key card had to be reset 4 times in a 2 day period requiring trips with my luggage from the 3rd floor to the main floor each time. thermostat won't work so spent the first night getting up to turn it on for an hour to heat up the room and then off because it got to hot. 1 set of towels for a 2 day stay. "
