"We stay here every April & we’re disappointed to get noticed a couple of days before our visit that the outside pool was closed for maintenance. When we arrived they said 2 hot tubs were closed as well."

"As soon as I was in contacted the owner, I had immediate response and amazing customer service! Upon arrival I was so happy with the condo. Lots of space, very comfortable, great patio, and all the amenities you need. We had such a great time, and will defiantly book again! The location was perfect, close to the rink and downtown, which is exactly what we wanted. The gym is quite small, but I was able to take advantage when no one was there. Nice to walk down to the lake and even walking distance from downtown. Thank you again for a great place to stay! Look foward to booking again soon!"

"Dogs allowed in all rooms, you need to let staff know when you book, that you are allergic for dogs. A bit strange. I ended up in room, were dogs are allowed. Not happy "

The only issue was with the tenants above us doing renovations until 3am on the first night until we asked them to stop and again they started at 10pm the second night until we asked them to stop. Nonstop banging on the floor and walls all hours of the night. Not the hosts problem but very disrespectful neighbours "
