"We really enjoyed our stay here. The room is clean and well-equipped with extra blankets, two luggage carriers, a nice chair and lamp to sit with, a good desk, and clean and well-working microwave, and fridge. The bathroom is well-stocked with ample towels and nice extras. The reason I am giving the property a good rating rather than excellent is because of the heating. We came into Invermere late evening. The room was very cold. So we cranked up the heat. We had no idea that there was a setting for air conditioning and heat that we had no way of controlling. It had to be set by maintenance outside the room. By morning there was frost on the AC unit. The temp never went higher than 16 degrees Celsius that night. The staff was excellent in providing a space heater and then later setting the proper temperature. I still believe that I must complain about this. I don't understand how a room can be set to A/C only when it is October 16th. Invermerians must be a tough bunch. I haven't used A/C since late August. We will likely visit again, but first will ask what the heating unit is set to before we go to bed!!!"

"The property was a little confusing to find, but once we did the parkade was convenient! Room was very clean and more than expected. Ensuite was awesome! Great view and location! Perfect for staying and making meals. The cons were a little annoying but we worked around it. No lock on the bedroom door, and the third room with bunks had a curtain door? Okay for kids but we were 5 adults. The king bed was a little worn and the pillows were hard and thick. One of the biggest problems was parking. One car below in the parkade, and two had to roll the dice to see if they found one outside (the two additional cars with us had to park way out on the Main Street). A few issues but overall convenient, clean and good for our stay."

"The unit was clean and very comfortable. It's well thought out with games, toys, books and many different things you might need during your stay. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. It was just my husband and I but it's set up very nicely to come with others. Our kids and grandkids would have liked it. It is near a train track so we often heard trains. I grew up living near a train so I loved it but I'm sure there are those who wouldn't."
