"Clean, good location, lots of free parking. Comfortable beds, decent breakfast. decent coffee. Good value for what was required. An affordable place to sleep, not far from downtown. Staff was friendly."

"A perfect spot to rejuvenate. We enjoyed nearby trails for walking the dog, loved the view of the forest and watching the sunrise and sunset from what I would call a prairie style gem. Easy access to Cambridge and Kitchener without the urban chaos. "

"Things I liked: TV was very nice. Room was reasonably clean. Area was quiet and peaceful. Things I didn't like: Price was too high for the level of the product. Main issue being the beds were inferior. Mattresses were quite thin and uncomfortable."

"The hotel staff was great. Although, they had a lightning strike that took out their card machine that caused a lack of room keys, staff navigated it well. Breakfast was good and as to be expected. Parking was great and safe. The bathroom in the room could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly prior to our arrival and a tear in the curtains “fixed” by tying a knot in it, could have been handled better. "

"Absolutely a great hotel and feels just like home! The room was clean and had everything and more, definitely would visit again. The only ‘let down’ was the breakfast. It has a great variety, but me being a big breakfast guy, I was a tad disappointed having egg patty’s every day. One would thing scrambled eggs or an omelette would be an option, but unfortunately not. However, besides my pickiness with breakfast this hotel is a 10/10 and would come back without hesitation "

"Having a full kitchen with dishes, cookware, utensils is great. Bonus if free breakfast. Biggest complaint was staffing and resources when magnetic key system failed for the whole weekend. Why would operations manager not staff up front desk as a contingency. We had to wait for 15 mins for staff to return from escorting guests to be let in with master key. During busy weekend with the hotel at capacity. It is absurd that the manager didn’t think how this would impact customers. Duh. Bad faux pas on mgmt. They should have compensated something to the guests as a consolation. It really negatively impacted my experience staying at this hotel."

"Staff were great during check in. First room we were sent too wasn’t cleaned. I made beds, slept in, but just an honest mistake . Second room was clean, beds were very comfortable, and the price was great for a quick night on the road. I would definitely recommend. Deborah at the front desk was super nice. "

"Breakfast was amazing. Rooms could use an update but they were fine for a single night stay. Toilet was broken and ran constantly."

"Staff was so friendly and welcoming, the room was clean. The location was great, easy to get around and conveniently located with restaurants and close to stores and things to do. Wifi was fast. Would recommend. "
