The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful: they made us feel like family! The location is very convenient to all the main attractions in the historic section of Firenze, and to the rail and bus station. In particular, Rachel, Nina, and Angelina were highly professional, and went to great lengths to ensure our visit to Firenze was extraordinarily successful.

The hotel was excellent and exceeded our expectations! The staff was on point from the moment we arrived until the time we left. The rooms were clean with great amenities and the breakfast made for a great start to each day!

Best hotel we stayed in during Italy trip. Clean rooms, great showers with body spray, rainfall shower head. Friendly & helpful staff.Good breakfast with lots of options

Good location. Walking distance to attractions. Very friendly staff and good service! Excellent breakfast! Organic food and homemade butter and jam! Small room but adequate. Will stay again next time when traveling to Florence.
