"The room was quite dirty, and the sheets and quilt had a strong, unpleasant smell. Since it's right next to the train tracks, it was extremely noisy, and I was woken up several times. The soundproofing is poor; I could clearly hear people walking past the door throughout the stay."

"The room was mostly clean. The walls are a little worn. The towels were washed but smelt stale. The laundry room area was down stairs that were covered in debris and garbage. The front desk staff were very helpful and professional. "

Bed was comfortable, decent location but the housekeeping is not good , breakfast in the morning was ok , but I noticed the juice dispenser was almost overflowing out of the bottom drain tray , just poor cleaning in general "

"The time we entered we saw the microwave handle was already broken. Then at night when we picked up duvet to sleep, we saw bug on it. And we were already disappointed. As well as the washroom had bugs, ants roaming and flying. It was so disgusting that we even couldn’t sleep."
