"The stay was amazing. The place was clean and kept accordingly. The only complaint was the shuttle return from the theme park took 2 hours to return(travel time). Otherwise we have no other complaints. "

"Staff are very friendly. Property is under complete renovation. Room has no hot water, mentioned it to the front staff several times, I just gave up. Housekeeping was not regular, went three days with none. The funniest part of the stay was as I was leaving I needed to know why the bed made such awful crackling sounds, the mattress was indeed new, complete with the plastic wrap it was delivered in. They just threw linens on top of it. "
