Staff was friendly. But the property was dusty, had roach traps under the bed. Lamps were dirty ans dusty. No door on the bathroom. No towels or basic toiletries. Disgusting.

A decent hotel at a good price

The hotel was under renovation. The host Francesca was very nice and professional. She was single handedly managing the front-desk and the renovation work at the same time. The room was comfortable and clean however it was missing some amenities like some place to hang clothes and an ironing board and a hair dryer( these amenities are usually provided in hotels at this price range). Other them that it was a nice stay and I would come again.

DO NOT book this hotel if you cannot check in before 11p. We didn't see this and show up at 12a and no one is there and no one pick up the phone that they put at the door. They refused to give us back the money. The pool was soooo dirty. I don't recommend this to anyone.

We would not recommend this place. We didn’t feel safe. Trash was left out for a day and a half outside by the trash bins. There was a pile of things under the stairwell-clothing, unmatched shoes and food trash. It was there for three days before it got picked up. Nobody is at the front desk you have to call them and they will come in. Our toilet quit flushing so we called and met him at the desk asking for a plunger and they said they would bring one up later. We left- a day earlier than expected but we couldn’t handle it anymore. rooms are in bad shape. The pool is a duckpond with trash and green. Our

I reserved an advertised room with cable tv, and a coffee maker for 2 adults. I assume that includes adequate towels, cups, and soap, which it didn’t. There was no coffee maker, I had to request more towels and cups, and the tv did NOT work. I was told that’s why the rate was cheap!!!The pool was greenish black with a pair of mallard ducks swimming in it. Honest to God! No chairs outside. The light fixtures were tattered and torn and the ones on the headboard didn’t work at all. The bathroom light didn’t have a cover at all. The only good thing about the room was it had been cleaned and inexpensively painted, and the beds were clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant. I only remained there because I had searched a long time for an affordable room near this location, and it was too late to change my reservation. I wouldn’t stay here again.

When we arrived the office doors were locked. There was a sign which listed a number to call. I dialed the number and while it was still ringing, a man came and asked what we wanted. We said we wanted to check in. He unlocked the door and checked us in. We went to our room. The door was very hard to open and close. The floors were very dirty. The shower curtain was filthy. Surprisingly, the beds were clean and comfortable. In the morning, we went to check out and the office doors were locked again. The number on the door reached an ex-employee in another state. He gave us a couple other numbers to try, but no one answered. We called him back and he told us to leave our room keys in the Hertz rental car box. No one ever came. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Words cannot describe this place, but I'll try

I'm usually really good about looking at reviews before I book a hotel. Apparently this time, I did not do that. Wow. So, the positives: 1) Attractive price [everything is SO expensive these days; it's hard to be able to find ANY hotel room under $100/night - this one fits the bill.] 2) Decently convenient - we were going to legoland for the weekend and it was only a 10 min drive away. 3) Comfortable beds and clean linens 4) Nice office chair and serviceable desk in the room. 5) blackout curtains worked.6) Room was relatively clean and the floor had been updated. Now, the negatives: 1) the pics in the listing do not represent the rooms. 2) No insulation in the room - and you're right on the highway - so you can hear eveything; bring earplugs 3) Locks don't necessarily work; either does the hot water (one of our rooms had it; one didn't). 4) If you want to watch TV, you can. But bring a firestick and a hotspot (no cable hookup; no wifi that we knew of). 5) No other normal hotel room amenties like a coffee pot or an ice bucket or a hand towel or a phone. No place to hang clothes (but there ARE drawers to put folded clothes in). 6) Check in and check out is time-limited and you can't go in the lobby. You have to call a number and the guy comes to take care of what you need. We didn't have any issues checking in or out because we did so at normal times. 7) Generally dilapidated; don't know if the property is in the process of being renovated or if it's just always like this.
