"The Sparrows Nest was very clean and comfortable! The owners were so accommodating as I have a health condition where I can’t be around heavy scents or perfumes. They went out of their way to wash the bedding with non scented laundry soap. And rinsed the floors with water to make sure there was no residual smells.They communicated with me prior to our stay to make sure it would be a safe pleasant place for me to stay. "Stayed 10 days visiting my teen granddaughter. Cozy and comfortable. Quiet area tucked away. GD had friends over and with the extra living room they could stay up late and watch movies. The back deck made a beautiful outdoor office for my workation. Yard was great and just right for my dog to enjoy. Visited every morning by deer. Hope to stay again. Michael was an excellent host. Very friendly and responsive before and during our stay."

"Great location to Shawnee Sports Complex. No hot sun or winter weather beating on your vehicle either as it has a covered car port. Location is on the end of a quiet street. A/C worked great and the hot water lasted forever so everyone could bathe. Im very pleased with all aspects of this rental and Im pretty hard to impress. Lastly, the owner was very kind and communicated quickly. Book this place if you are in the area!"

"This house had a brand new feeling inside and was spotless. The owner communicates perfectly and is available if needed. It has a nice little yard and view out the back. It's proximity to the highway makes getting anywhere quick and easy. The neighborhood itself seems quiet. If you're visiting this area, this will be a great choice for your stay!"

"This was a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood and was a short walk from several shops & restaurants. The interior of the home was very wellcared for & the kitchen had all of the utensils we wanted along with most of the basic spices we could use. We will definitely stay in this home again if we visit the area."

"At the beginning it was rough checking in for technical reasons and Andrew & his team did a great job helping us through it! They were extremely patient & made sure everything was taken care of at the end of the night. We enjoyed the space we stayed in. "Mr. Husson allowed me to check in a couple hrs. early-which he did not have to. The interior was clean and reasonably furnished. Price was reasonable for area. However, advertisement was misleading. Rental is for a floor/flat of a house. Not the whole house. Finished basement was rented to another party (who had a puppy that cried throughout the nights). Also, yard was trashy with litter strewn about."

"This Charleston, WV home was lovely. V Located in Khanawa City, just a few blocks from the river. Ten minutes to downtown and the convention center, cute neighborhood to walk the pups. We were visiting our son who is a news producer for WCHS TV. Highly recommended - we would definitely stay her again!"

"This is great house, just a short drive away from downtown. Very well kept for its age and equipped with everything you need for a stay in Charleston. Just note: the second bathroom/shower is located on the main floor and very small. We didn’t have too much trouble parking our vehicles despite their size, but it could get tight with more than 2."
