"We had zero hot water in the morning and a broken shower handle. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, except when I tried to call the front desk for help with a toilet problem we had as well, I couldn't get anyone to answer so I had to go look for help. The breakfast was okay, but not great. Everything was very clean though."

"Everything was wonderful. The breakfast omelets and other options were awesome. Mr. Jerry was great as a valet. He answered questions, recommended restaurants and drove us in the shuttle when it was raining. We would definitely stay here again."
