"If you are a foreign traveler to Jordan and you require the big brands like Marriot, Hilton and other sanitized hotels then this place is not for you – but it should be. But if you like local flavor, being in the middle of an old and impressive example of indigenous shops and markets, then this is where you need to stay. I have been travelling for about 4 decades with most of it outside the US. I have also lived outside the US and generally love non-US cultures. This hotel gives you the chance to experience Amman the way the locals do and not through the lens of an overpriced American or European chain. It is an oasis of calm in the surrounding energy of the old city. It is one of the best I have ever experienced. I hope the owners keep it up……"
"I had a wonderful stay at Soho Midtown. The location was absolutely perfect—central to several casual restaurants and great coffee shops.
The highlight of my trip was definitely the service; Rami at the front desk went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and housekeeping kept everything immaculate. My room was spacious, incredibly clean, and the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in.
I will absolutely be staying here again the next time I am in town. Highly recommend!"
"Really nice hotel within walking distance to the major attractions like Rainbow st, downtown, and the Roman theater. Big comfortable bed, wonderful shower, and plenty of space in the room. The only downsides for me were that the rooftop outside area was closed (one of the main reasons I booked) and the shop on the ground floor was closed so I didn't know I could use the -1 elevator to get to the lower street, so I was exiting in the upper street which is pretty dark, dirty, and rundown "
