One of the most beautiful experiences I've ever had with a hotel stay. The staff were terrific, and the room was clean and spotless. The Gold Suite is another level with all the mysterious food sitting and fantastic stuff. Please keep up the good work. You are raising the bar for other Hotels

Wonderful service from all levels of staff. Because this was our second stay, they sent us a bowl of fruit and a Thankyou card. The rooftop bar and restaurant was lovely.

The rooms were very modern, large and and well appointed. The hotel has many upscale high quality restaurants. The concierge was very helpful with making travel arrangements.

Loved it

This hotel was luxurious and friendly. We have stayed here twice because it felt like a home away from home. It may seem ostentatious but the people are so helpful; the food delicious and our room was comfortable.

So clean, Resturant choice is perfect, Noor manger is vey helpful and make you day so pleasurable. Crystal coffee shop is great although would appreciate if they can open early. Front disk employees need to be more warm and welcoming, nothing against any one they know thier Jop but lacks warmth and smile, the only one how smiles is Yahya. Room service is good, needs to have a concestancy in cleaning the room, one day no hand towels the nest is with, but over all is good and clean. Coming back on August to stay for a month. Thank you for your hospitality.

We enjoyed staying at the Fairmont, we particularly liked the restaurants and the singer in the Caprice bar. Those two are fantastic.

Absolutely outstanding hotel. Service from Ammal was faultless. The cocktails in Caprice were superb, the meal at the Asian restaurant was out of this world. Beds like clouds, enormous bathroom and separate shower room. We stayed at the Ritz Carlton the week before and the Fairmont is a much better non pretentious vibe with nicer rooms and more character. Highly recommend.
