Staff was amazing, Islam at the reception was very kind and Wel coming. We had to keep our luggage for the whole day after checking out. She gave us enough space in the lobby to rearrange our luggage after a long day of shopping while waiting for our Taxi. I highly recommend staying in Midtown SoHo in Amman.
