"We had a lovely stay at this villa. We were a group of 10 adults and 11 children. The property is 3 separate apartments, two on ground floor and 1 on first floor and a separate games room with separate entrance. Lovely pool area, bbq area, basketball court, play park etc. we were able to walk to a restaurant and there were others within a short drive. Host was very good at communicating and provided us with good recommendations for fish market and taxis. Host also provided us with welcome pack of groceries and wine. Would recommend."

We really enjoyed the dining experience at the onsite restaurant; special shout out to Marko who took such good care of us. The service and food were outstanding. We also want to thank Antonija, with housekeeping. She went above and beyond on two occasions and made our stay so pleasant and comfortable. You are incredible. Finally, to Ante, property owner, you should be very proud of what you have built. While I only mentioned two of your staff, everyone we came in contact with during our stay made us feel welcome and took great care of us. We strongly recommend Rogac as a destination when you are in Croatia."

"Everything was perfect.. the host even let us do an early check in which was so kind of them. We went slightly out of season but still some restaurants within walking distance and Omis is only a few stops on the bus and was beautiful. The location was great with a prom and beach right opposite the villa. Would definitely return in the future!!"

"The entire family was blown away by the house and property. Yes they had seen the listing photos - but nothing does it justice until you are actually there. To be able to walk to the beach before a day of sightseeing, and relax by the pool afterwards is a dream. We enjoyed all having our own bathroom and especially an additional extra bath on each floor was very helpful. Between the kids play room and pool table and ping pong table we could never be bored and wished we had booked the house for two weeks instead of just one. We also noticed immediately how absolutely pristine the condition of the property was. It didn't just look surface clean - it was positively squeaky clean and not a speck of dust could be found. Probably though the most memorable was our first night - after many issues we were getting to the house very late and all the stores were closed and we were very hungry with no where to go. But the host was at the home - still patiently waiting for us along with many home prepared food items and beer in the fridge. We were so touched at their kindness and it started our entire trip on such a good note we really couldn't have had a better stay! We hope to come back again and stat much longer! Thank you!!"

"Lovely clean rooms and friendly staff. Not always sure when reception was open, but easy access to rooms. Very accommodating when we had a late flight home, we were able to use a spare room to keep our luggage and had access to this all day. Easy to get in and out of Omis and Split. Recommend to download and use the Promet bus app as ticket cheaper on that if you pre pay. Tons of beach bars and restaurants all within 15 minute walk of the hotel. Lovely varied buffet breakfast every day. "

"Villa Parsella is a stunning villa. The views are incredible and the two little cats were very sweet. The location is great and the beach is perfect with access to several restaurants and a great selection of watersports. There is a small supermarket a 2 minute walk away and a larger supermarket which was a 5 minute drive. The supermarkets are very expensive though so you will need to budget for that. Omis is a wonderful town with beauty and a real buzz. We did the water rafting which was a brilliant afternoon. There are numerous companies who offer the rafting - we went with Croatia Rafting and they were great. The owners were always very responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend the Villa and the location. Thank you so much. "
