Great Location, Big room!

Located in the heart of the old city; easy access to restaurants and shopping! Big room with kitchen facilities and TV. Only downsides were a/c (poor) and check-in process as I didn’t have internet. Would stay here again!

The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. In a great location close to restaurants, shops and a grocery store. It was surprisingly quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

This property is amazing right in the centre of everything, a five minute walk from the Riva and Diocletian’s Palace. It’s within the centre of everything but the area is so quiet it’s hard to believe your in the centre of Split old town. Communication was great from the start, the apartment owners asked us about arrival times and even carried our cases up to the apartment when our room was ready. The decor in the apartment was gorgeous, a real eye for detail. We had a lovely balcony which was perfect overlooking a little courtyard area. This apartment is a hidden gem we would definitely recommend and will be back if we are ever looking to stay in Split! Book this apartment as soon as you can!

Beautiful and charming studio right in the center of Split old town. Felt like I was staying in one of the ancient rooms of the palace. Easy check in, lovely balcony and comfortable bed. Highly recommend it.

Fantastic location right outside the palace wall & just off the waterfront broad walk. Room was very small but clean & looks recently renovated. The only complaint I would have is it’s not particularly quiet late at night or early in the morning due to being located right beside a restaurant & if someone is staying upstairs then that will add to the noise. Otherwise the stay worked out perfectly fine.

Amazing place and clean and stylish! Loved the balcony. Only issue was the TV didn’t work and the WiFi was almost non-existent, we used data in the end. This was apparently due to a bad storm which we were told could be rebooted in 20 min. We waited but it never got fixed.

My room was, to put it mildly, “compact.” Bed and bath. No table or chair. But there was a mini-fridge in the closet area, an electric kettle, and a TV. Comfy enough for a short stay. It’s right off a fairly quiet cul de sac in the old city.

It's in the middle of the Palace. Very affordable on a prime location. Around 45mins from Split Airport. 80EU via taxi. One big bed and a sofa bed. Kitchen and wares. Newly renovated bathroom is modern considering the building is older than all of us. The location is a bit challenging to find in the beginning. You will never thought that the properrty is in the middle of the tourist spot. The host is very easy to reach via Whats App or email. I will stay here again for sure.

It took about 45 minutes walking to find this place in an alley next to a restaurant. There is no onsite parking and the only parking we could find was a 15 minute walk away and cost about 50 euros per night. Rented the property because it is centrally located and vecause of the great reviews in regards to a na maria helping guest with things to do and laundry. Never saw ana maria and no laundry got done. Check in was a nightmare. Got to the property and nobody was therr to let us check in. Had to call travelocity several times to find out ee needed a code to get in the property. Got the code and entered into the wrong room. Then we found the correct entrance to the property and went through 2 doors with different keys to get to oir room. The code was the same for the main door asa well as the wrong room we entered in. Nobody told us or sent us a code to get into the property until ee were there. There were nni instructions on how to find the place or about the code. Owner wanted us to send passport information over the internet. Don't know why nobody was there to check us in but this was easily the worst check in experience i ever remember.
