"Restaurant and bar was closed. Stairs was very scruffy and room door was sticking, it was actually the hinges that were coming loose. The room itself was reasonable and bathroom looked to have been just refurbished. The one member of staff that was there was helpful and I did report the door to him."

"We were so pleasantly surprised by our stay. We expected a simple hotel that would be all we needed for a location near an event we were attending, but we totally underestimated things.
