"Hotel facilities are excellent, staff friendly and attentive, food very good. To be super critical we stayed in room 113 and spent large amounts of time listening to the floor boards creak from the room above. Ceiling down lighter with holes needed to be filled in and put next to the water fridge in the grill on our evening meal meaning we were constantly disturbed. These are minor as the hotel is great. "

"Staff are brilliant here. Tam the chef makes tasty meals ,can recommend the carvery for an evening meal and the pancakes at breakfast were yummy. Natasha served breakfast, she's a breath of fresh air, happy and cheerful in the morning, but all the staff are great. The tables could do with a bit of TLC it brings the overall look down a bit. Bedrooms are clean and comfy beds , tea ,coffee ,milk "

"This was the perfect place for a get together with family and friends. Bedrooms were far from living area so kids could sleep well. I loved the beach and the access to the loch. We took our paddleboards and it was perfect. Many thanks."

"Hotel is very run down, we waited at the reception for a bit before being seen to! Hallway and stairs are in need of a good clean and paint! Very run down. Room was freezing, no heating on. Damp on windows and ceiling and that was supposed to be a refurbished room! Needless to say we didn’t stay and left straight away! Out of pocket. Light fitting in hall hanging down from ceiling (dangerous). Hallway hadn’t even been hoovered. STAY CLEAR OF THIS HOTEL!!! "

"The apartment is beautifully finished; good bedlinen, comfy bed, roomy fridge and classy touches everywhere. We’d noticed there was no can-opener and the owner kindly brought one the next day. Sofa could be more comfy and the people before us did a really bad job of their washing up. The only thing I really objected to was the up to 10 day delay before getting our £200 deposit back. Not acceptable. Should be able to inspect and return deposit on the day of departure. "

"Everything was clean, nice, and comfortable. Toys, books, and board games on site for the littles, and host was wonderful and helpful when we needed guidance on the local area. The location was perfect multiple grocery stores within 5 minute drive. Easy convenient access to the main road that led to multiple vacation hotspots. Was so nice to have a home like space to crash after long days of traveling and exploring Scotland. 10/10 would rent again. "

"Everything was fine, the only problem was the bedding and throws in main room smelled of cigarette smoke. Also the soap dispenser in bathroom was empty. "

"Perfect location for exploring beautiful Loch Lomond. The accommodation was immaculate and the communication with our host was wonderful. Plenty of parking near by and walkable to restaurants and shops. There were 5 of us staying there and we all had a wonderful time. The accommodation was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again"
