Nice room with very comfortable bed! The Gordon & Maggie were lovely and the breakfast was delicious. The location was convenient to Drymen which has an awesome coffee shop/bakery and a nice restaurant for dinner.
We had a wonderful one night stay. Maggie and Gordon had great communication with us and made us reservations in a local pub with excellent food for the night of our arrival. Breakfast was excellent and we just had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again in the future!
Gordon and Maggi were excellent, welcoming hosts. This is a great location for Loch Lomond National Park. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The breakfasts were hot, fresh, and fantastic.
Lovely bright room with view of garden and peaks beyond. Great hot strong shower with toiletries provided. Nice tea, coffee and biscuits in room with fresh milk on request. Great choice at breakfast all freshly prepared. Friendly host who were very helpful with recommendations for places to eat and visiting/ walking.
Friendly hosts. Charming property in a lovely rural setting. Immaculately presented. The quaint village of Drymen is 10 minutes drive away for dinner. Lovely breakfast. Couldn't be happier. 5 stars (and I don't often give 5 star reviews).
We had a beautiful stay. It was in the countryside, and only 5 min from the small town of Dryman. Gordon, our host, was excellent - cooked a great breakfast, was attentive to every need and request, and offered up great suggestions for things to do. We stayed 2 nights and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice!
Staying at Kilmaronock manse was wonderful, access to many attractions far and near along with very helpful, kind and experienced hosts. We were very well looked after with a superb breakfast and lots of helpful information. Will definately recommend this picturesque and well situated B&B.
The home is lovely and well-maintained. The room was comfortable and quiet with a great shower. Breakfast was excellent and Maggi & Gordon are great hosts with lots of information about places to see and where to eat. Would definitely stay again.
We had a great time at this B&B. The house is so cool, with its own history, great people, wonderful attention to detail, gave us great tips for dinning and activities, overall a great experience. A bit out of the way, but that is what we wanted.
Perfect stay, felt like home. Nice views, very clean, tasteful decoration, delicious fresh breakfast and very friendly and helpful hosts. Busstop next door. By taxi 5 min. to Drymen or 10 min. to Balloch. I hope to come back once!
Fantastic stay to break up a long journey from the north west of Scotland. Fantastic hosts, very comfortable and exceptionally clean room. We were disappointed in ourselves for only being able to stay the one night!
Stayed just the one night as a rest for a journey North. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience, it was a lovely rest and sorry we didn't stay longer. The Manse was lovely and we were made to feel welcome wiithout over-attentiveness. We will look forward to coming back.
Gordon and Maggi were lovely, although our stay was brief we were made to feel very welcome and having spent the week camping it was a well received bit of luxury. Highly recommended
This B&B was one of the favourite stops on our unforgettable road trip around Scotland. The house is so beautiful, I’d move there in a heartbeat. Everything was perfect, from our gorgeous room with views of the garden (spot the chickens!) and the super comfortable bed to the delicious (and big) breakfast, the warm welcome, and the recommendations (from the nice pizza takeaway in the next village to the perfect sunset spot for a stunning view of Loch Lomond and its surrounding Bens). Gordon and Maggi were very friendly, and we wished we could have stayed longer. We hope we’ll be back one day!
