Service was top-notched. The hotel concierge, Lucky, went the extra mile to help my get a cab all the way to Shanghai. He deserves a huge shout out and is the reason I would recommend this property! "Hotel itself is really nice. The room is spacious and the swimming pool has a great view of Suzhou. However the other side of the infinity pool slightly ruined it as it was a bit of a swamp. Service was generally good though a little slow to check in and a bit of wait for breakfast.
