Staff are always fantastic I stay here regular, rooms are always fresh, bfast needs more choice if your staying for more than a week. Out of there control is the new highway literally being built outside and the lack of sun at the pool, that said the beach is only a ten minute walk

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Address Beach Resort. The room was immaculately clean—honestly one of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The entire hotel was spotless from top to bottom, and housekeeping did an exceptional job every single day. Our room was cleaned thoroughly and meticulously daily, with so much attention to detail. What truly made our stay extra special was how thoughtful the staff was with our kids—they left little gifts and surprises for them every day, which completely made their trip and ours. It was such a sweet and memorable touch. The cleanliness, care, and level of service were outstanding. You can truly tell this hotel takes pride in maintaining the highest standards. We felt comfortable, welcomed, and taken care of the entire stay. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this resort to families and anyone looking for a luxury, stress-free stay in Dubai.

Everything was perfect, from check in staff, to restaurant staff, to room servicing staff. The food was excellent, the beach was fantastic, the pools looked very inviting but we didn't use as we prefer the beach. Our room was amazing, it was beautifully decorated for my birthday and I received a happy birthday cake at every restaurant that we dined in. I cannot fault the Sofitel and will definitely be returning. Thank you everyone :)
