"Staff was super helpful and friendly!! Gave me the perfect room as requested for quiet and the HVAC was excellent. Love a cool room at night that stays on all night! Had a gym, MWO and refer in room! And the breakfast was pretty good, oatmeal and fresh fruit (berries one day). Not as updated and a little bit of a weird smell but nothing that really bothered me. Pros outweighed the cons."

"The decor of building and amenities are nice. The main issue was the comforter. It was extremely old. The stuffing was clumped and hard inside. When we requested a new one, the replacement was the same. It was weird because the rest of the bedding was good, pillows nice, sheets clean and white, soft. We expect consistency and a level of care from this hotel chain. Seems like an easy thing to fix. We also had to ask twice for the issue to be addressed, and staff was not at all attentive or concerned about the quality."

"After looking for WEEKS for a hotel, we decided on this one & we didn’t regret it. It was about a 30 minute drive to the United Center but worth it. It was in a nice area, it had shampoo and conditioner, free parking, & a Starbucks! The rooms were very clean and everyone was so friendly."
