Nice property, in a suburban zone close to Draguignan and supermarkets etc but felt very private and extensive gardens, excellent time. Decor is very unique with an Asian theme. Outdoor was fantastic with boules, table tennis and fantastic pool as well as other lounging and eating areas.

Lovely spacious house with a perfect garden and pool
We had a very lovely stay at the house, especially the garden and the pool were great. The pool has a nice sloped entrance, which made a great platform for our youngest kid.

Beautiful villa with a great garden
We enjoyed our two week stay at Villa Cha Cha Cha. The kitchen is very well equipped, but the best is the garden which is even bigger and prettier compared to the pictures. Thanks to Christine and Josy for this very enjoyable stay.

We hebben enorm genoten van het huis én de tuin, wat een heerlijke plek. De tuin is een plaatje met prachtige, grote palmbomen, een mooi zwembad en zitjes. Het huis zelf authentiek en mooi gerenoveerd, voorzien van alle gemakken. Veel getafeltennist en ge-jeu-de-boult op het speciaal hiervoor gemaakt terrein.

Grossartiges Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum, die Bilder im Internet entsprechen exakt dem was man antrifft, besser gesagt es übertrifft die Bilder im Internet! Der Empfang und die Betreuung von Josi waren hervorragend. Auch mit Hunden ist es ein grossartiges Ferienhaus, das Areal ist vollständig eingezäunt. Als Hobbykoch hätte ich am liebsten die Küche, sowie die Outdoorküche mit nach Hause genommen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wunderschön
Wir waren mit 2 Ehepaaren in diesem wunderschönen Anwesen. Der Garten, Pool und Terrasse ein Traum, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Josy und Mathieu empfangen. Das Haus hat alles was man so braucht. Ein riesengroßes Anwesen, komplett umzäunt, ein Traum für unsere Labradorhündin, die auch ein sehr gern gesehener Gast war.

Tolles Haus mit guter Betreuung
Das Haus und die Lage entsprechen der Beschreibung. Es liegt etwas abseits vom Ortskern in der Nähe eines Schulzentrums. Das haben wir aber nicht gehört. Die Lage ist insgesamt sehr ruhig. Ins Stadtzentrum sind es ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß und mit dem auto 5 Minuten. Zum nächsten Einkaufszentrum sind es mit dem Auto ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten.
Das Haus selbst ist sehr gut für eine Familie bzw. mehrere Personen geeignet. Mehrere große Schlafzimmer mit Bädern, toll eingerichtete Küche, gepflegter Pool und ein super Pizzaofen. Terrassen laden zu Verweilen ein. Haus und Anlage sind sehr gepflegt. Alle Personen die uns betreut haben waren sehr freundlich, extrem bemüht und jederzeit erreichbar und hilfreich. Insgesamt war es ein tolles Ferienerlebnis und ist sehr zu empfehlen. Einiger Wermutstropfen ist das sehr langsame WLan und der dürftige Mobilempfang. Wer online Arbeiten möchte wird eingebremst. Ist aber ja vielleicht auch ganz gut. Ist ja Urlaub (zumindest bei uns:-))

Very nice
The house is lovely, the pictures are just as you are there at the house. The pool was perfect, lovely restaurants in town and close by. Christine spent time with us going over what we wanted to do and giving us suggestions and good restaurants.
You feel like you have no one around you.
We had one day that was really windy so dust because of construction but what can you do.

Schön, ruhig, toller Pool!
Ein altes, aber sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem beheiztem Pool in einer sehr ruhigen Lage! Dennoch bietet die Ortschaft alle Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen. Zum Meer ca. eine Stunde! Hunde kein Problem!

Mooi verblijf in nabijheid van mooie omgeving
We hebben een erg fijne week genoten in dit huis vol met antieke radio's. Nadat de elektrische toegangspoort opengaat kom je via een wat verwaarloosde oprit boven in een ware oase ! Vooral het verwarmde zwembad, de hangmat, bbq en de vele zitjes, de jeux de boules baan en tennistafel zijn erg vaak gebruikt.
Het zwembad blijft erg schoon door de overloop.
S'avonds is het buiten erg gezellig met alle verlichting, ook in het zwembad. De airco op de bovenverdieping zorgt voor een goede nachtrust. Christine, Josy en de schoonmaakster zijn allen erg vriendelijk en hebben ons fijn ontvangen. We waren erg vroeg maar mochten na overleg al eerder aankomen om in het zwembad af te koelen !

Great house with phenomenal pool!
We had a super nice stay at the villa. Christine and Josy took excellent care of us and we could always call if we had any questions.
The house was really beautiful and the outside was phenomenal. We would come back anytime.

Séjour très agréable et très relaxant
Nous avons passé 10 jours à la villa Chachacha vraiment très relaxant. Nous avons apprécié le lieu, le calme, la décoration et le confort. Peut-être faudrait-il prévoir l'installation de la climatisation au rez-de-chaussée.

Parfaite villa pour un séjour magnifique
Tout était idéal pour notre séjour, la villa est tout simplement magnifique, la piscine sublime, le bbq et plancha dehors génial pour des dîners entre amis....
Et Josie et Christine était toujours disponibles pour nos besoins de dernière minute (remplacer le gaz de la plancha, papier toilette, etc)
Nous espérons pouvoir revenir bientôt !

Superbe demeure qui invite à la zen attitude
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette magnifique maison! Nous étions 3 adultes, une enfant de 11 ans, une autre de 4 ans, un bébé de 15mois et notre chien.
En effet, comme mentionné dans les commentaires seulement 1 chambre sur les 3 est équipée de la climatisation. Il faisait très chaud dans la seconde chambre de l’étage dédiée aux filles et elles ont préféré installer les matelas dans l’immense salon qui lui est climatisé (ce qui n’est pas dérangeant car nous avons surtout profiter des extérieurs qui sont conformes aux photos cad magnifiques!)
L’accueil par Josy est excellent et bienveillant: bouquet de fleurs sur la table, une bouteille de rosé au frais, elle nous a apporté des figues et des pommes fraîchement cueillies.. Il y a de quoi débuter un séjour directement en arrivant. Il y a le nécessaire dans la cuisine: épices, tablettes lave-vaisselle, vaisselle en suffisance,...
Nous avons également pu profiter d’une heure d’arrivée et de départ en décalé, Josy a été très arrangeante.
La piscine n’était pas chauffée à notre arrivée (elle était quand même à 27 degrés) mais suite à notre demande auprès de Christine (agence immobilière) cela a été réglé dans l’heure et mon bébé a pu profiter des joies dans la piscine sans devenir bleu au bout de 5min 😇
Christine est aussi venu nous rendre visite pour nous expliquer les activités à faire dans la région (et il y a de quoi ne pas s’ennuyer!)
En résumé cette maison est magnifique, et sans hésiter je la recommande.
