  • This traditional single-storey family house in Draguignan offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with tasteful decor and classic tiled floors. Set on a spacious, fully fenced garden filled with shady corners, it's the perfect retreat for relaxation and outdoor living. The large garden ensures privacy and safety, making it ideal for families and pet owners-up to two dogs are welcome here. The kitchen is equipped with a stove featuring two hotplates and a fridge, and it opens directly onto a terrace, allowing easy access for alfresco meals. There are three comfortable double bedrooms, each fitted with a fan to keep you cool during warmer days. Nearby, you'll find a small shower room as well as a large bathroom, offering convenience for family living. Outside, several terraces with garden furniture provide multiple spots to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The highlight is the large swimming pool, surrounded by deckchairs inviting you to lounge and soak up the sun. 1. Ligging van de accommodatie – misleidende voorstelling Op geen enkel moment tijdens het boekingsproces of in de beschrijving van de accommodatie werd vermeld dat de woning gelegen is vlak naast een militair domein. In plaats van de rust en charme van de Provence, bevonden onze klanten zich in de onmiddellijke nabijheid van een militaire kadettenschool en een militair hospitaal, wat de sfeer van de omgeving totaal onaangenaam maakte en absoluut niet overeenkomt met wat men verwacht bij een vakantie in de Provence. Dit is een ernstige vorm van onvolledige en misleidende informatie. 2. Staat van de accommodatie – technische en hygiënische gebreken Bij aankomst en tijdens het verblijf werden er talrijke gebreken vastgesteld in het huis, waaronder: • Twee van de kookplaten werkten niet, wat het koken voor een gezin aanzienlijk bemoeilijkte. • De potten en pannen stonden naast de vuilbak, ongeorganiseerd en in onhygiënische staat. • Een deel van het kookgerei was onbruikbaar, waaronder pannen waarvan de teflonlaag volledig beschadigd was (zie bijgevoegde foto's). • De zogezegde "elektrische BBQ" bleek een goedkoop toestel van lage kwaliteit, vergelijkbaar met een model uit een discountwinkel zoals Action. Dit voldoet totaal niet aan de verwachtingen die gewekt worden met het aanbieden van een “BBQ”-faciliteit bij een luxe accommodatie.
