"Great location, most sites walkable within 15 minutes, lots of bars & restaurants within 2-3 (but still quiet). Staff friendly and keen to help, but sometimes slightly not on point (eg waited a bit too long for drinks we ordered, the cap on my shower soap dispenser hadn't been removed causing me to have to do a work around until I could get hold of the cleaner, and of course you only discover these things when actually in the shower!). Staff Probably just stretched as they were friendly and helpful. Rooms a bit small, but hey, this is a very central property and anyway you are out exploring mst of the day. Great bang for the buck when compared to similar properties (maybe they have bigger rooms?). Would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful hotel in Mallorca. The staff was friendly and the views were stunning. The spa services were great. The small downsides of the hotel include; the pools were cold and there are limited chairs around the pool, the ocean was quite rough where you can access it from hotel and we had little ants in our room. Other than that we loved our stay. The hotel is in a great location with mini markets/restaurants nearby and a 2€ bus ride into downtown Palma. "
