"This house was amazing. Beautiful yard, amazing views, and located just far enough from town to have everything you need nearby and still feel a bit secluded. Bob had something cooking in the smoker which filled the yard with something delicious! Both he and Jean were a pleasure to meet and chat with a bit. All in all a great trip and awesome property!"

"I would recommend this bungalow to everyone! It is super clean, great location, amazing communication with the property manager Kelly. It had a lot of different amenities and extremely comfortable. It is about a 50 minute drive from Boreal Mountain. It was clean, cozy, and felt like home."

The accommodations are as described, and Denise went above, and beyond to make sure that our stay was enjoyable, and that we were able to enjoy the amenities and beauty of the ranch. The property was a relatively short drive to the Toyota Amphitheatre, where we attended a concert, and this was much MUCH better than staying in a hotel. Next time we are in Lincoln for a concert, we will be staying with Denise!"

As hosts they were very kind and attentive to our needs and made sure that we were very comfortable. We loved being able to interact with the alpacas, especially Grace- the sweetie! We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to escape their busy life for a very peaceful and relaxing retreat."

"This place met our needs. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was nice. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you might need for a short stay. However, the sink In the bathroom is tiny and water goes everywhere. There was absolutely nowhere to put toiletries or cosmetics. I had to use the table outside of the bathroom. Overall, it was a nice place to stay."

"We visited Yuba Coty to connect with family. Our stay in the home was just fine. The home has everything you need and the beds were super comfortable. The house is immaculate. My only issues with the home were that one of bedroom’s window coverings were broken and falling off and the chandeliers and wall decor were a bit dated. We will return to this VRBO and f we visit again. Thank you!"
