"I was assigned to the Pavilion rooms. Unfortunately across the street is a new nightclub that played extremely loud hip hop music till 4am. My hotel room was vibrating. The hotel agreed to move me to the Cabana building across the street and further away from the nightclub...much nicer and quiet. "

"To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to explain the rating I recently left for my stay at the Golden Nugget. I want to provide context so that my feedback is fully understood. The cleanliness of my room was not up to the standard I would expect. Despite having the "Do Not Disturb" sign off, housekeeping never came to service my room. I was left having to personally flag down maids in the hallway just to get clean towels, which should not have been necessary for any guest. On my last day, there was a strong sewage odor throughout the entire property, which was extremely unpleasant and made for a very uncomfortable end to my stay. Additionally, I noticed a considerable number of solicitors in the casino area, which created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere for guests. These combined experiences are the direct reason for the rating I provided. I do not leave negative feedback lightly, but I feel it is important that management is aware of these issues so that future guests do not have the same experience. "The room was nice enough. We weren't in it for very long, just to sleep and shower. Freemont Street is directly across from the hotel. It was loud on the weekend nights. "

"We had dinner at the top of the world restaurant. The views, staff, and food were excellent. The hotel casino floor itself was a little too smokey but they had other areas to explore and overall it was a good stay. "
