"I used this accommodation to visit The Open golf at Royal St. George's, Sandwich and by the time I was able to book there was very limited accommodation available in the area. Becket Court is a student hall of residence on the campus of the University of Kent in Canterbury that offers bed and breakfast accommodation during the summer vacation. "It looked closed with no office. Expedia had to call to find owner to let me in. 3rd rate place everything cheapest quality possible. Ad misrepresents the place and if you complain owner says you can leave if you don’t like it. Worst place I ever stayed"

"Property is large and well decorated. Garden is fenced and has patio, table and chairs. Shower was lovely and hot and in a modern bathroom. Kitchen is large and has most items but couldn't find oven gloves and microwave is ancient. Wine and jam was nice offering but no tea, coffee or milk available which was not great as nearest shop is 4 miles away! Bedrooms are well presented although main bed was small and makes alot of noise as springs in base and matress. Couldn't find hairdryer....

"I have pictures of our disgusting dirty room with spider webs & uneven flooring. Smelly moldy rooms with wet stains on the walls and ceiling. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and neither did the TV. There was a tea kettle, but no tea or coffee. This looked nothing like the picture you showed!!! I would like my money refunded. I would not recommend this property to anyone! We slept in our clothes and couldn’t wait to get on the ship to shower and send our clothes to the laundry."
