"The room was clean, the bed comfortable and we had an amazing view of the falls. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The only issues were that the room and hotel public areas are outdated, and some of the wallpaper was peeling from the walls, and a bit run down. We were also near the elevator and it was incredibley loud and we could hear it running all night long. "

"The hotel was modern and clean. Room was excellent. The hallways were very noisy with kids/ teens running around after 11pm. The hottub was closed the evening we were there, so that was disappointing. The front desk apologized when we checked out, but offered no compensation. "
