"I am sorry, but was something close to a real FRAUDE!! Almost all water park attractions there were CLOSED, for “maintenance “ all weekend! Supposedly was a relaxing stay, on the lazy river and waves pool ( which were closed) and the best slides rides for the 4 kids 12 years and up in my party, Closed too!! Really was TERRIBLE!! Worst experience!! And wasted money!! ( More than $600 dollars)"

In general the home was not clean. Found several spaces that were untouched by cleaners. Not enough silverware for 20 people, we ended up with only 11 at max and was constantly washing. No salt/pepper/flour AC wont keep up. Set to 67, running 76Oven not keeping temp.Tvs dont all have working remotes or batteriesNo water pressure when more than 1 shower is going. Trash can is broken outside, limited space for trash for such a large property. Bugs, indoor and outdoor. Cockroaches under fridge. Parking 3 comfortably. 4 if stacked. Pool table is broken in many spots. AI and copy/paste responses from management company.Sent wrong code for door and wifi. There was also a mouse that we had to get out of the house. Not a hair dryer in every bathroom Mold on ceiling wood? PhotoPros:Space and porchesComfortable beds and clean beddingSoap and extras provided.Enough paper towels and TP for our stay. 3 Trash cans indoor.Lots of outdoor furniture on porches and around fire pit. Grill is a nice touch, despite not being clean as it could be. Dollar General under 10 minutes away. Nice fishing spot at the Marina for adults and kids. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for Spring Break! With our two girls and in laws it was the perfect amount of space and our kids loved the foosball and arcade game. The house was close enough to all of the activity in Pigeon Forge although it would have been even better if it were just a tad closer! All in all it was a great stay and we would recommend it to anyone who wants a cozy place to hang out in between all of the activity!"
