"This property was recently renovated and the rooms are in excellent condition. Also it's worth mentioning that their free breakfast is very good. The property is pet friendly with plenty of space for walks. I'd definitely stay there again."

"We come to Dandridge throughout the year to visit family and I think we have stayed at all the hotels in the cluster around this one. I will say, this one was the most updated, with the most comfortable rooms. Great darkening shades (that you need) and the only issue was still being able to hear the highway at night so earplugs are recommended if you are a light sleeper. Very helpful and friendly staff."

"Very accommodating staff, room was comfortable and clean. If you plan on walking to dinner from motel go early, by 9:00 they are all closed."

"Overall we had a Great stay. Place was clean comfortable. Plenty of room for us 6 adults to sit and eat at the bar and lounge in the living room. Our only disappointment was we were looking forward to doing some kayaking and the lake was very low due to their current drought and there was no kayaks down by the launch, not that we would have gone in anyways because the shoreline was very mucky with black mirky sult. We chose this place because it was about the halfway point to Gaitlinburg to do some touristy things and we attended the Nascar race in Bristol. Communication between us and the host were very good and responses were pretty quick."

"Marcie is an amazing host. Communication was awsome from prebooking to close out. The house is exactly as posted, Very roomy, clean and comfy. We had two full size trucks with 21' bass boats and an addional truck, all fit in the driveway. We had no issues with the 110 v plug outside, it was hooked to two battery chargers and did great. Kitchen is well stock with all needed utensils, pots and pans. Location makes it very easy to get to either Lake. A very nice snack package was waiting for us on the table as well. Check out was also very easy. "
