"It was a lovely place to stay while in Dorset. It’s an 8 minute drive to the main Weymouth beach promenade. 36 minutes from Durdle Door, 46 minutes from Sherborne Castle. The breakfast is really good and we left with full tummies ready for an adventure. However you do have to share a table with other guests at breakfast. "Compact rooms, located in yard behind the pub, a little noisy around closing time, all quiet after that, not a problem unless you are planning an early night. Shower clean, good flow and hot, biscuits with the tea and coffee, twin beds comfortable but we booked a double room, suggest ringing before arrival to confirm selection. Reasonably priced, would recommend if staying one or two nights."
