"This place is a good option for a budget resort, I'll say that. The beach was great and the pool was good...there are some nice dinner options just across the street, as well as some fun activities (bowling, casino, go carts, golf and pickleball) - most of which we did not get to experience because apparently they were only open on certain days. The reason why I would not recommend this place - the service. One night we wanted room service, but when we called it just rang and rang, no one ever picked up! When we called the front desk they said they'd reach room service and have them contact on, it never happened. And this was on a Tuesday night. We ordered chicken tenders at the pool bar, they took an HOUR on a slow evening...and then they didn't even offer to take them off the bill. Lots of little things like that throughout our stay. Again, fine for a budget stay, or if you need a home base, but definitely not a luxurious resort feel."

"It’s more like a motel than a hotel, I asked for a different room due to smoke smell and the fact that it was old and run down. They changed it to the exact same look and smell but worse. The mirror had black stains all on it. The shower was scary. No washcloths in either rooms never brought extra towels. The wifi didn’t work. No coffee or anything just a fridge with frozen ice cream for sale"

"From the moment we walked into the apartment, we were disappointed. The apartment felt dirty and dingy. The half bath, right next to front door, had a dirty toilet and very loose seat. Walls were scratched/dirty. Ceiling above stove had water stains and bubbles and stove top was dirty with scratches on the range. There was water on the dining room floor near window. Bathroom upstairs was dingy and was dark. After being there approximately 10 minutes, we were not comfortable so we left and stayed at a hotel. The surrounding area across the street had nice homes. This property looked like the projects in any major city. If you decide to book, ask the owner for outside pictures, and you will see what I mean. "

"Very nice villa in a beautiful neighborhood. Exceptionally friendly and helpful host's with excellent communication. This property was a good fit for our family of 7 to use as home base as we headed out each day to explore the island. I think this would also be a great option for any group just looking for a place to relax and enjoy time together in the beautiful Dorado area. The pool is very nice and I appreciated not having to pack bulky beach towels for our gang. Plenty of towels in the rental for our use along with a brand new washer and dryer was an extra perk that I haven't had on other vacations. Property exactly as described. Wonderful hosts. Recommend "
